  • Membership is Optional

 

  • If a foreign company wishes to apply as Member, the following supporting documents must be submitted together with the Membership Application Form:
  1. Business Registration Certificate (to include Country and Date of Incorporation)
  2. List of Directors / Shareholders

Notes:

  • Membership terms are indicated in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Singapore Internet Exchange Limited.
  • Membership applications are subjected to approval by management of SGIX.
