New Customer portal

Dear Members/Participants,

SGIX is launching a new customer portal, ixportal.sgix.sg and will be sending invitations to every SGIX members/participants’ Peering Admin, to register for new portal access in the next few days. Please check your inbox or spam for this email subject “SGIX Manager – Your Access Details”.

Once you have self-registered, you may add more users under your account.

Purpose: Switch software upgrade

SGIX peer’s BGPv4v6 sessions with RS01 (102.16.102.12,2001:de8:12:100::12)

2. How you will be affected:
– Intermittent service disruption (30mins).
– Duration is approximately 4 hours..
– On affected RS01, no service impact. As member’s BGPv4v6 sessions still established with SGIX Router Server2. Thus, it’s recommended members should peer with SGIX two route servers (RS1 and RS2).
