Announcement: 06 March 2023

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform in advance that SGIX 13th Annual General Meeting will be held physically on Friday, 19 May 2023, 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm (SGT). Venue of the meeting will be sent to members via email shortly.

Members with no appointed corporate representative can receive the official AGM notice by informing us via email agm@sgix.sg who we can send the notice to. Alternatively, they may also choose to nominate their corporate representative by completing the corporate rep nomination form (downloadable from SGIX website) and email the completed and signed form to the above email address before 3.00 pm, 27 April 2023 (SGT).

If members wish to nominate their staff to stand for election, they can do so by requesting the nomination forms via email agm@sgix.sg. Note that all nominee’s eligibility shall be assessed by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)’s and subjected to the authority’s approval.

Completed and signed forms must reach us no later than Thursday, 20 April 2023, 3.00 pm (SGT) if;

•       submitted by post, be lodged at the registered office of the Company at 10 Collyer Quay #10-01 Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315; or

•       submitted electronically to email address agm@sgix.sg.

We seek your understanding that all late submissions will be rejected.
