SGIX 15th Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 9 May 2025, 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (SGT).

Members who wish to appoint corporate representatives or nominate their staff (candidate) for election should request for nomination forms by emailing corporate@sgix.sg. The profiles of the candidates will be submitted to Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) for eligibility assessment before the meeting. Additional information may be sought from the candidates during the evaluation process.

Only candidates approved by the authority and successfully elected by the members during the AGM will be appointed as directors.

All completed forms must be received by SGIX no later than 9 April 2025, at 3:00 PM (SGT). Forms can be submitted electronically to the aforementioned email address or by post to the company’s registered office at: 10 Collyer Quay #10-01 Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore 049315.
